One of those days when I feel like I'm on the wrong planet. Went to movie everyone is raving about, thought it was simplistic, predictable, boring (The Shape of Water). Wrote a letter, expecting reply and got none. Ran into more than the usual number of obstacles as I hobbled through the day.
"Tomorrow is another day."
Agree about The Shape of Water. It looked great, the acting was good, but the only suspense for me was whether they would escape and live or escape and die. The screenplay also made Michael Shannon do the same trick twice in less than 15 minutes: domineer over someone while telling a menacing story that seems simple, but culminates with him doing something awful.
