Immigrants to the rescue

America's labor shortage is reaching a critical point claims a headline today. All the more reason for my earlier proposal of forming a WPA clone of immigrant workers to get action rolling on repairs of infrastructure and other emergencies. An aggressive plan, urging immigrants to come and work, creating WPA-style camps, could change much that needs changing. Where is the vision of an FDR when we need it?
