Old dog, new tricks

Enjoying my exploration of basic Thai cooking, using spices I never used before, like curry paste and lemongrass and coconut milk. So far, so good, very tasty stuff.

I don't do authentic cooking. I explore the basics and then adjust for my own palette and, sometimes, convenience. Hence my wonderful Korean marinade. Learned exploring Korean cuisine but then personalized, Same will happen with Thai, I am sure.
