Bread making

I make good bread pretty consistently but I still experiment. In the beginning, I experimented a lot but have more or less reduced my baking to a few favorite loaves -- white, olive, Italian herbs, cheese, rye. Lately I baked a cilantro bread, which was terrific.Now I am experimenting with European flours. Much fun! Keeps me occupied.

LATER. Haven't tasted this yet (Euro flour loaf) but the oven spring rise was great.
